| 2010 Annual Dinner & Prize Giving |
|
Following the success of last year's event, this year's Annual Dinner & Prize Giving will once again be held in the prestigious Banqueting House. Banqueting House was built in 1622, just 27 years before King Charles I of England was executed on a scaffold in front of it in January 1649. Prior to his death, the King commissioned the beautiful Rubens ceiling, painted in 1635. It is a stunning location to receive your prize or to have a truly enjoyable evening with the RORC. Please see this link for information on the venue: http://www.hrp.org.uk/BanquetingHouse/stories.aspx Tickets are on sale at £120 for an unlimited pre-dinner drinks reception in the stunning Undercroft and there is also unlimited wine to accompany the 3-course meal. There will be a prize giving, followed by dancing in the Main Hall. Please find attached the booking form to be completed and returned to Siobhan Geraghty on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or please call 0207 493 2248 for any other queries. A list of discounted hotels in the area for RORC members is also attached and there will be accommodation in the RORC Clubhouse to be booked on a first come, first served basis.
