CLASSES: IRC, 2–Handed Class, Multihulls – See General Conditions Appendix I and II

Organised by the Royal Ocean Racing Club in association with the Royal Yacht Squadron

TROPHIES: De Guingand Bowl – BCT IRC; St Barbara Trophy – IRC 0; Stewart Cup – IRC 1; Auclair Trophy – IRC 2; David Maufe Salver – IRC 3; RORC Prizes – 2–Handed Class, Multihulls; RORC Medallions

SSS MINIMUM: 20 STIX MINIMUM 23 AVS MINIMUM 130-0.005 x m (where m is minimum sailing weight in Kg)
Boats with series date of 2000 and later will be categorised under STIX only.
Boats with series date before 2000 may be categorised under either STIX or SSSN.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS: Category 3 with RORC prescriptions plus Offshore Special Regulations liferaft.

ENTRIES: Close Thursday 8th May

START: Saturday 17th May from the RYS Cowes, to the West. First warning Signal 0850

HIGH WATER: Portsmouth 1031 4.2m

COURSE(S): Suitable flexi course(s) will be designed to last between 24 and 36 hours. The race area will be defined in the Sailing Instructions and the Race Committee will design the course(s) in the light of prevailing weather conditions.
Note: The Race Committee may use different courses for different classes; the overall results in IRC will be decided on corrected average speed.

PRIZEGIVING: Prizes and RORC Medallions will be presented on Tuesday 20th May 1930 at the Clubhouse, 20 St James’s Place, London SW1. All crews welcome.
