CLASSES: IRC, IRM, Multihulls, 2 – Handed Class – see General Conditions Appendix I & II

Organised by the Royal Ocean Racing Club with the Société des Régates Rochelaises and the Royal Yacht Squadron

TROPHIES: Loujaine Trophy– BCT IRC; Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Trophy - IRC 0/1; Griffin Trophy – IRC 2; Frank Guillet Challenge Trophy – IRC 3; Joliette Trophy –1st yacht home;

RORC Prizes – 2-Handed Class, Multihulls; RORC Medallions.

SSS MINIMUM: 34 or STIX MINIMUM 23 and AVS MINIMUM 130-0.002 x m (where m is minimum sailing weight in Kg)
Boats with age date of 1995 and later will be categorised under STIX only.
Boats with age date before 1995 may be categorised under either STIX or SSSN.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS: Category 2 with RORC prescriptions

ENTRIES: Close Thursday 31st July

TRAINING REQUIREMENT: Competitors are reminded that ISAF Offshore Special Regulations require 30% of the crew including the skipper to be trained to Section 6 of the regulations. The 2 – Handed Division requires both crewmembers to have received training.

COURSE: Cowes – Needles Channel –Eddystone (P), Ushant (P), Chaussee de Sein buoy (P), PA buoy - off La Rochelle (P), – Chauveau buoy, - La Rochelle Approximately 450 miles

PRIZEGIVING: In La Rochelle as soon as possible after the race.
RORC Medallions will be presented on Tuesday 16th September 1930 at the Clubhouse, 20 St James’s Place, London SW1. All crews welcome.
