An evening with Basil & Sybil Fawlty

DATE: Saturday 16th November 2019
LOCATION: Cowes Clubhouse

An evening of hilarious comedy as Basil, Sybil, Manuel, and guests, entertain you with their version of Fawlty Towers.

Red Tie Theatre presents... 'An Evening with Basil and Sybil Fawlty' in aid of Brainstrust

Enjoy a night of laugh out loud comedy, ridiculous slapstick humour and good food. As Manuel and Basil try to conceal a drunken chef and a bet on the horses from Sybil, it seems the guests and some unfortunate events may drive Basil to resort to desperate measures; typical behaviour of a Cowes Yacht Club.

MENU

Starter: Chicken Liver Parfait with Cognac
Served with a sourdough crostini & caramelised onion marmalade

Main: Isle of Wight Beef Brisket, braised in Red wine
Accompanied by a colcannon mash, finished with thyme-infused roasted root vegetables

Dessert: Tiramisu with savoiardi biscuits, espresso, rum & mascarpone

*Vegetarian option available
