Organised by the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club with the co-operation of the Manila Yacht Club and Subic Bay Yacht Club.

A biennial race, the 2018 edition included Karl Kwok's MOD 70, Beau Geste which went on to break the multihull record. This is one of ocean racing's blue water classics with crews returning year after year for the blast reach across the South China Sea before transitioning into the tactically challenging Luzon Hole and on into the pristine waters of Subic Bay.
