Terms and Conditions
Promoted by Royal Ocean Racing Club Limited in support of the RORC Griffin Programme under its small society lottery registration. Open to entrants aged 18 or over, including members and non-members of RORC. Employees of RORC and Fairview Sailing, their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the raffle are not eligible. Prize: one weekend or midweek bareboat charter aboard a Beneteau Oceanis 37 in the Solent, kindly donated by Fairview Sailing. Charter dates are subject to mutual agreement and availability, with departure within 12 months of the draw. The winner must comply with Fairview Sailing’s standard charter terms, including any applicable sailing qualifications, insurance, security deposit and additional charges. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold and has no cash alternative. The draw closes at 1700 on Monday 16 November 2026. The winning ticket will be drawn at random on Tuesday 17 November 2026. The winner does not need to be present and will be notified by email using the details provided at purchase. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, RORC reserves the right to conduct a further draw. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Personal data will be used only to administer the raffle and arrange the prize. RORC reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legislation.
