At the Royal Ocean Racing Club, our greatest asset is our people. We are united by a passion for sailing, a respect for tradition, a respect for the ocean and a determination to look ahead with ambition. Whether you are involved in the racing programme, working in our two clubhouses, looking after our members or working in the Rating Office, every role plays an important part in the life of the RORC. Together, we deliver world-class events, uphold a proud heritage, and create an environment where camaraderie and professionalism thrive side by side. Working here means being part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and integrity in everything we do. The RORC is more than a workplace - it's the world's biggest community for offshore sailors, and we welcome those who want to help shape the future of offshore racing.
