The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) is seeking a Racing Coordinator to join its Racing Team and support the delivery of the Club's world-leading offshore racing programme.
Working closely with the Racing Manager, the Racing Coordinator plays a key operational role in the planning, administration and on-the-ground delivery of RORC races in the UK and internationally, including the Rolex Fastnet Race and the RORC Season's Points Championship.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical offshore racing and/or race management experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
