Over 100 years old, this is one of the oldest races in the RORC calendar with its origins in a pre-World War I race from Cowes to St Malo bay.

La Trinité - Cowes Race

COURSE: La Trinité-sur-Mer - Cowes.

Organised by the Société Nautique de la Trinité-sur-Mer in association with the RORC.

After a successful introduction to the programme in 2018, and with a highly competitive fleet of nearly 50 boats in 2019, the 2020 race will again bring boats from southern Brittany to Cowes as a feeder for the Cowes -Dinard - St Malo Race.

In its 21st edition, the biennial Round Ireland Race will take competitors through a varied classic course, from the wild west coast of Ireland and the full brunt of the Atlantic, to the busy North and St. George's Channels flanking the Irish Sea.

Morgan Cup Race

Organised by the RORC, the Royal Cork Yacht Club, the Royal Yacht Squadron and the Royal Thames Yacht Club.

This year's race will finish in Cork harbour to coincide with the Cork 300 celebrations for the 300th anniversary of the oldest yacht club in the world.

Royal Ocean Racing Club - since 1925

The RORC was founded in 1925 to encourage long distance yacht racing and the design, building and navigation of sailing vessels in which speed and seaworthiness are combined. Today the club encourages ocean, long distance and other forms of yacht racing and yachting activity.
